What to expect in your parcel.

We support emerging Australian designers.  Because most designers sew themselves, you will not find any unnecessary plastic bags inside your parcel.  We will wrap your garment in tissue paper. If you need a hard copy of your invoice please let us know and we will include it in your parcel. 

Delivery times given on this website are indicative only. In Annie's Pocket will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times. You understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to withdraw or modify any commitment made for the purchase of products from this website once that commitment has been made for any reason, including without limitation, due to any delay in delivery.

 

Australia

 

You will receive a despatch confirmation email when your order is despatched from our store. A signature confirming receipt of the delivery will be required. Customers within Australia please allow a standard delivery of 5 working days. You can upgrade to express post delivery of 2 working days. (All orders must be placed before 11am (AEST) on weekdays for this to be accurate.) If you have not received your delivery within this timescale, please contact us quoting your name, address and order number by email to shop@inanniespocket.com.au, or telephone 02 66 856 513 between the hours of 9:15am – 4:30pm AEST Monday – Friday.

Registered Post: Up to $200 $9.90 within 5 working days

Registered Post: Over $200 $14.95 within 5 working days

 

Express post: Up to $200 $14.95 delivery within 2-3 working days

Express post: Over $200 $19.90 delivery within 2-3 working days
