These are the terms and conditions that apply to orders placed on the In Annie's Pocket website and your acceptance of these are given when you place an order. As a valued customer of our website do please ensure that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to ordering any of the goods.

• We will do our best to satisfy your orders placed after publication of the changes on this website.

   

• We will do our best to satisfy your order but we will not be liable for the consequences of events that are outside our control, such as strikes or natural disasters.

   

 

Ordering

 

Your order will be deemed to be accepted by us when we despatch the goods and send you a despatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to acceptance by us. All orders are subject to product availability. All prices include GST but are subject to a delivery charge.

 

Delivery

What to expect in your parcel.

We support emerging Australian designers.  Because most designers sew themselves, you will not find any unnecessary plastic bags inside your parcel.  We will wrap your garment in tissue paper.

Delivery times given on this website are indicative only. In Annie's Pocket will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times. You understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to withdraw or modify any commitment made for the purchase of products from this website once that commitment has been made for any reason, including without limitation, due to any delay in delivery.

 

Australia

 

You will receive a despatch confirmation email when your order is despatched from our store. A signature confirming receipt of the delivery will be required. Customers within Australia please allow a standard delivery of 5 working days. You can upgrade to express post delivery of 2 working days. (All orders must be placed before 11am (AEST) on weekdays for this to be accurate.) If you have not received your delivery within this timescale, please contact us quoting your name, address and order number by email to shop@inanniespocket.com.au, or telephone 02 66 856 513 between the hours of 9:15am – 4:30pm AEST Monday – Friday.

Returns & Exchange

 

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you wish to return any garments for refund or exchange please comply with the following procedure:

 

You can, at any time, within 7 days of receiving your order, return all or part of your order to us for a full refund if the garment/product is faulty. The garment/product must be returned unworn and in 'as new' condition with tags attached. In the interests of hygiene, swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene sticker has not been removed. Unfortunately no refund is given for change of mind or wrong size.

 

Firstly please notify us of the return via email shop@inanniespocket.com.au or phone 02 66 856 513 (from outside Australia +61 2 66 856 513). Please carefully parcel up your return complete with the email confirmation and/or receipt that was included with your original order. This is important, if you do not enclose the returns slip we will not be able to process a refund or exchange as we will not be able to identify you.

Within Australia please obtain a 'proof of posting registered mail' receipt. You should keep your 'proof of posting' receipt in a safe place as we will not be responsible for returned items that are lost in the post unless you have this.

 

We regret that we are unable to offer free returns from outside Australia. A free return is only offered within Australia when a garment is faulty. Any returns for exchanges will be at the expense of the customer. An exchange must be done within 7 days of receiving the garment/product. You will not be charged if we re-despatch an exchange. An exchange may only happen once. No credits will be given.

 

 

Reduces or Sale Items

These items are not refundable or exchangeable for other items nor will a credit be given.

 

How to redeem a gift voucher

If you have received a gift voucher from our Byron Bay store please follow these steps to redeem it.

Step 1. Choose something from the online store
Step 2. Ring the store on 02 66 856 513 and describe your choice to a staff member.
Step 3. If your choice exceeds the gift voucher credit, you can pay the remainder over the phone with your credit card.
Step 4. We will add freight to your total cost.
Step 5. We'll post it to you!

 

Choosing the correct size

Sizing varies from label to label. Where possible we've included size charts in each designers profile.  To view these charts please click on search by designer and read their profile page.  However if you have any questions please email inanniespocket.com.au. We'll do our best to source measurements for you.
