Whilst it may seem odd to us that we needed to provide instructions, just because we live and breathe Sourdough and we know what to do with it, it doesn't mean we should assume everyone knows.
So we've listened to your Feedback and realised the use of True Authentic Sourdough is something we all need to learn about again. And also to understand that TRUE Sourdough can be even more versatile than commercial yeast bread.
So here it is, our Easy to follow Instructions on what to do to with our TRUE Authentic Sourdough Bread.
1. Eat some while it's fresh but don't waste the rest. After the 2nd day just Slice it up, put the slices in a zip lock plastic bag and Freeze. Pop it straight in the toaster when needed, no need to thaw it out and you're ready for a quick breakfast on the run.
2. Our Sourdough Bread once cut should be place in a sealed plastic bag unrefrigerated. Or place cut side down on a flat surface, covered with a cloth. The bread will last several days, at worst you may have to cut some of the exposed section off and keep it for toast in the Freezer.
3. Our Sourdough Bread can be refreshed easily when uncut and unrefrigerated for up to 7 days. Place the bread in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes at 200 Degrees Celsius. Trust us, it will be as fresh as the day you bought it.
4. Freeze it for months if you like. Thaw for approximately an hour, place in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 Degrees Celsius. Trust us, it will come out of your oven like a freshly baked bread. Cut for toast and freeze any slices you don't eat that same day.
